Making your Payment	You may pay onlie using our secure servers. however their are other ways to pay, Payments will be accepted over the telephone, Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4.30pm. We accept most major debit and credit cards. A receipt will be sent with your goods. You may also pay by cheque; please make all cheques payable to 'Uptown Crafts'. Goods will then be dispatched when paymnet has been cleared. Shipping and Handling	All orders placed on the website are subject to a Postage and Packaging charge: All Orders will be charged at £2.50, EXCEPT CRICUT wich is charged at £5.00 This is for standard delivery for express or overseas delivery please telephone for a quote. 01524 388609.

Your Security and Credit Card Security	For your security we use a secure server, credit and debit card cetails are never held all information you send to us is private and confidential. All payment details are destroyed and never kept once payment has been made.

VAT	All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%

Back Orders	If you do not wish to receive or hold back orders please inform us. If an Item is out of stock you may cancel the order or wait for the item to come back into stock. You have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel the order if the items still remain out of stock. You will be contacted when back orders arrive. If your back order does not arrive within 30 days you will also be contacted. You can contact either Mary or Sandra anytime during shop hours on 01524 388609 to discuss your order.

If you wish to complain.	Please make all complaints in writting to: The Manager Uptown Crafts Unit 7 Kings Arcade Kings Street Lancaster LA1 1LE All complaints will be confidential and you should receive a reply within 14 days. All complaints are treated indvidually and an appropriate response will be made.

Returns	You may return your goods within 14 Days of Purchase. You must enclose a letter with your name and address your order no. and details of the reason for return. Faulty goods and goods that have not been opened or used and returned in their origional packaging will be refunded in full. However P&P is non- refundable. We reccomend that when you are returning goods you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of posting, for your own protection. General Terms and Conditions	Terms and Conditions: Uptown Crafts (Lancaster) Delivery Postage and packing charges will be added to your order, estimated cost are £1.00 for orders over £5.00 in Value. Orders under £5.00 in Value will be charged at £2.50 for postage. For oversea charges please call. Where the item is in stock, orders will normally be processed and dispatched via the fastest possible route. For UK orders, delivery will normally take 2-3 days but overseas delivery will vary according to destination. Where products with different availabilities have been ordered, you will be notified of those products which are not in stock and an estimated delivery date. Orders for items in stock will be processed immediately, with the remainder to follow as they become available. If an Item remains unavaliable for more than 30 days a full refund will be given if the Item has already been paid for.You will be notified if any of your back order items are still unavaliable after 30 days. Returns If you wish to return an item because it is defective or has been sent in error, please return it to the address below and we will refund the price paid and the cost of return postage. Goods must be returned 'as 'new'. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All Items must be intact, unused and with all original packaging. (as new). Please send returns including all original paperwork, and a note stating the Order No. (from the order confirmation Email) and reason for return, to: Uptown Crafts Unit 7 Kings Arcade Kings Street Lancaster LA1 1LE Please also telephone (01524 388609) to say that you are returning an Item. We recommend that Returned Items are sent recorded delivery and that you obtain proof of posting. You remain liable for the goods until they have been recieved by Uptown Crafts. No refund will be given where goods are not recived by us unless proof of posting can be shown. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
